Client Relations Manager and Administrator, ProperFix Co (September 2021 – Present)

  • Effectively dealing with a high number of client queries in a professional manner. Utilising strong communication skills and using a customer centric approach to achieve excellent client satisfaction ratings.
  • Managing relationships with clients in person, through email communications and over the phone.
  • Utilising strong sales skills to upsell clients on additional services they may be interested in.
  • Supporting with the onboarding process for new staff, ensuring employee records are up to date and payroll is in place.
Key Achievements:
  • Utilised software development skills to design and build a fully functional company website.
  • Harnessed design skills to create a new company logo, resulting in increased client engagement through social media platforms.

Musical Interests

Leaned piano from the age of 12 and guitar from the age of 14. Actively producing original music from the age of 18. Official releases on small record labels. Self-taught professional digital audio workstation applications (DAWs).

Ossia Sounds company establishment (February 2019)

Establishment of own events company. Hosted over 14 successful music events. Demonstrated ambition, the desire to take on new challenges and a dedication to succeed.
